Last week the Komen Columbus staff and the Board of Directors welcomed members of the Westerville City Council, Board of Elections, the Chamber and the Westerville Mayor to our new office for an official PINK ribbon-cutting ceremony. We were so glad to have everyone in attendance and couldn’t be happier with our new space, allowing us more room for educational seminars, meetings, trainings and Race planning.
Since Race registration is already open online, it will be a busy winter and spring for us until the 19th Annual Race for the Cure on May 14.
Our new office will allow us to have team captain packet pickup at our facility, as well as housing all of the 50,000+ Race t-shirts we’ll receive.
During our busier Race time, we’ll have room for several interns and volunteers in the office, helping field calls and process registrations.
If you’d like to stop by and drop off donations or ask questions, feel free to visit during our regular office hours of Monday-Friday, 8:30-5. You’re always welcome to email email@example.com or call 614-297-8155 if you have specific questions as well.
If you happen to be driving by on Interstate 270 and go by our building, give us a wave! We look forward to hearing from you soon.
