Host a Rally for the Cure® Event

Rally1Take action in the fight against breast cancer by hosting a Rally for the Cure® event! Rally for the Cure® is a program that helps Susan G. Komen educate women in the community about breast cancer and what they can do to stay healthy. By reaching out to other organizations, we are able to spread this message while also creating an opportunity for women to do what they love – golf, tennis, bridge, bunco, almost anything goes when you host a Rally event!

Last year we had more than 20 different Rally events happening throughout Columbus and the surrounding areas. This year we would love to double that amount! Through hosting or supporting a Rally event, you may choose to donate the money directly to Komen Columbus. This ensures that your money will support women right here in central and southeastern Ohio who are battling breast cancer. The funds that are raised will help provide vital programming to women in our area, along with screening and treatment services to the most vulnerable in our community.

Rally2Interested in hosting a Rally event? Komen will provide you with all the supplies you need to make it a success. Incorporating your Rally into an existing event or starting a new one is easy. Rally program organizers will provide you with sign-up sheets, posters, and flyers to promote the event among your club/community members, friends and family.

Each participant pays a $20 entry fee (non-tax-deductible) for a chance to win a grand prize, receive event favors, breast health information and a subscription to a select Condé Nast magazine, all provided by Susan G. Komen. Rally programs have affected more than 2.5 million people and have generated over $77 million for Susan G. Komen for the Cure® since 1996.

Will you be a part of its success this summer?
